Stilton Cheese

Gentler, sweeter and more balanced than a ‘typical’blue cheese, it boasts a creamy, buttery paste pierced with the delicate blue veining characteristic of a Stilton. It is one of the last remaining hand-ladled Stiltons, hand-ladling produces an intensely rich and creamy cheese; and the Colston Bassett flavour is deep, lingering and complex.
